Thom performs functions associated with the placement of purchase orders for sponsored projects administered through the Research Foundation. He primarily places orders for antibodies, equipment repairs, maintenance agreements, vehicles, printing and publications. Thom is also responsible for approving internal Stores orders and maintaining the project signature authorization file.
