Help Desk
The Help Desk supports the Office of Research and the reporting units of Technology Licensing & Commercialization, Office of Responsible Research Practices and the Research Foundation. In addition, we handle questions, problem reports, service requests, and inquiries from faculty, staff, and students regarding all electronic research administration tools. You can call us at 688-8288 or email us at rfhelpdesk@osu.edu. Our standard hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
