Internal Candidate Requirements: The objective of the Ellison Medical Foundation New Scholars Program is to support new investigators of outstanding promise in the basic biological and clinical sciences relevant to understanding aging processes and age-related diseases and disabilities. The award is intended to provide significant support to new investigators needed to permit them to become established in the field of aging. Anyone interested in applying to be an Ohio State candidate for this program should prepare a 3-page or less description of how their project addresses these aims and should attach, in the same document, a copy of their biosketch. Also included in the description should be the sponsor name, funding opportunity name and number, PI’s name, department and college, the title of the proposed project and verification of eligibility.
