On behalf of The Ohio State University Office of Research, we would like to invite your institute/center, laboratory, core facility/shared resource, or support service to exhibit at the 2012 Research Expo on the morning of Tuesday, October 2, 2012 in the Ohio Union.

To register as an exhibitor, please complete this registration form. There is no fee to exhibit; however, sponsorship opportunities are available. Please contact Jeff Agnoli for more information, agnoli.1@osu.edu.

Exhibitors may arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. to set up displays. A new faculty reception will also be held in the Research Expo exhibition area, Ohio Union's Great Hall Meeting Room, beginning at 8:30 a.m. The Research Expo ends at Noon.

We will provide each exhibitor with a table and two chairs. If your display requirements differ, please indicate this on the exhibitor registration form. If you have a stand-alone exhibit, include the dimensions on the form so we can reserve the proper amount of space. University wireless internet service is available throughout the exhibit area.

The Research Expo kicks off Celebration of Research Month - October 2012 and is designed to highlight the resources available to the Ohio State research community. This event will be widely advertised and open to all members of the Ohio State research community.
