Financial Services is responsible for reviewing expense transfers initiated by OSU departments for Research Foundation projects, recording cost share not expensed by Accounts Payable or Project Payroll, coordinating split purchases, and reimbursing earned interest on research accounts. In addition, Financial Services posts cash receipts to appropriate project receivable accounts, reconciles graduate assistant (GA) tuition and fees, serves as a liaison for financial and compliance audits, and assists Fiscal Services (Billing) with project overrun transfers.
